Bring a map or GPS, as junctions can be confusing, and expect uneven footing and steeper pitches compared with the more relaxed valley walks.

On clear days you can look back toward Edna Valley, down over the water, and all the way to the Oceano Dunes on the coast. It is a bit farther from Edna than the other options, but the sense of escape and the classic Central Coast scenery make it worth the short drive.
